Incoming Quality Control (IQC)

All incoming raw materials and components undergo mandatory pre-storage quality inspection. Trained QC inspectors rigorously screen appearance, dimensional tolerances, and electrical parameters -- ensuring zero defective materials enter the production line. Quality is controlled at the source.

Raw Material Warehouse -- 5S Storage

Approved materials enter a dedicated raw material warehouse, organized by category with clear labeling and 5S-compliant placement. Humidity and dust control systems are active at all times. A strict FIFO (First-In, First-Out) policy ensures material freshness and traceability throughout the supply chain.

Assembly & Soldering Process

Skilled technicians assemble each product strictly according to production drawings and work instructions. Precision soldering operations are performed with controlled temperature profiles, ensuring reliable electrical connections, correct lead wire polarity (White = Positive, Black = Negative), and consistent workmanship across every unit.

Semi-finished product testing for continuity, phase angle error and ratio error

Semi-Finished Product Testing

Before proceeding to encapsulation, every semi-finished unit undergoes a dedicated intermediate electrical performance test. Continuity, phase angle error , and ratio error are verified against specification limits -- catching any winding or assembly defects early and preventing non-conforming units from advancing further down the production line.

Ultrasonic Welding / Epoxy Encapsulation

Depending on product type, units undergo either ultrasonic welding for a secure, hermetic housing bond, or epoxy encapsulation for superior environmental protection. Both processes ensure the finished case achieves UL 94V-0 flame-retardant compliance, 3.0 kV withstand voltage, and robust protection against moisture and vibration.

100% Electrical Performance Testing

Every single finished unit is tested individually -- no sampling, no exceptions. Core parameters including ratio error and phase angle error are measured and recorded for full traceability. Only units meeting the specified accuracy class (0.5% or 1.0%) are passed for the next stage.

Labeling / Marking · Visual Inspection · Packaging

Passed units receive laser marking or label application with full product identification. Prior to packaging, each unit undergoes a manual visual appearance inspection by trained inspectors. Products are then packaged according to customer specifications -- custom inner packaging, carton labeling, and shipping marks applied per order requirements.

OQC Sampling Inspection & Zoned Warehouse Storage

Before warehousing, finished goods undergo a strict outgoing quality control (OQC) sampling inspection per AQL standards -- accuracy testing, withstand voltage testing, parameter verification, appearance review, and packaging conformance checks. Approved goods are stored in a clean, organized warehouse, segregated by model, specification, and batch number for fast, accurate order fulfillment.
