Flexible Rogowski coil — also called Rope CT or Flexible current transformer — is an air-core current sensor formed as a thin, lightweight tube that wraps around a conductor and closes on itself. Because there is no magnetic core, it cannot saturate, has no hysteresis, and measures from 10A to 200kA AC with 10Hz–100KHz bandwidth and ±1% accuracy. It is the sensor of choice where rigid CTs cannot fit: large busbars, bundled cables, irregular conductors and confined panels.
